Day 23 #Forward Downward dog is always a good pose to transition into and to be able to move forward in your practice. It grounds you and is really the core of any yoga practice. It helps me move forward and also helps my mind to flow as I move. It’s such a relaxing pose that is easy to do anytime, even not in your practice. When something goes wrong or negative thoughts are controlling you, get in downward dog and say repeat a mantra. You’ll be amazed at what that can do.
